Incomprehensible work of crontab, where to look for a cant?

I set up the task via crontab -e joxi.ru/gmv6Gk7ug9JRma For a
couple of weeks everything worked like clockwork, and now the task starts from the specified time every 15 minutes for several hours.
Tried changing the time, restarting the cron daemon, nothing helps.
Tell me where else to look for a jamb?
