Incomprehensible operation of cmd when copying. Who will explain why the screen is inside?

If you copy as in the first case, it creates a 1 mb file.
If you copy the full name, then all the rules. How so?

Add the /b switch to the copy command and repeat the experiment. Result in the studio.
