Incomprehensible get request?

Hello everyone, they write their project here and suddenly noticed in npm that sometimes an incomprehensible get request is sent:

Did I pick something up? or what is it?

If you see it locally, then yes, you have picked up something and this something is trying to use you as a proxy and actually uses it, judging by 200.
