Before entering the site (following a link, direct insertion into the address field), the browser is "waiting for someone or something" (time: from, at best, 3 s to about 12-15 s, on average - 7-10 s.), then all the same "remembers" that it is necessary to show the site. It works unstable: sometimes (rarely and for a very short time) everything opens as it should, but mostly not. Observed in Chrome-like (Yandex, Opera, Google). Firefox works as it should. All browsers are more or less recent. The problems are only on the laptop, on the smartphone at the same time the same sites open on the chrome of the norms (distribution goes through the router - nothing is connected to it directly, you connect through the cable, the connection with the router is excellent, the speed is also good). The delay itself looks just like a white background (while the percent is not loaded at all - it looks more like a background browser sync request " the antivirus is not worth it (the systems as a whole have been working as usual for several years, only problems with browsers in terms of open, except for Firefox - in all other respects, browsers and the system itself work like clockwork). Something [mat] on the verge of mystical... :) PS: reinstalled browsers (cleaned caches, disabled extensions): everything is n***a. My main browser is chrome and sometimes it's a little tedious to wait for each link to open for 5-10 seconds (+loading the site itself). 2 voted that the question is simple, well, well ... - it was not in vain that I initially indicated that the question is not as simple as it seems: I met a similar difficulty on the Internet, but no one really can help how to eliminate 5-15 s. delays. After a while: my solution in a comment

Are there any network losses? Ping constantly some address. For example, ping 1.1.1.1 -t
The behavior is very similar to packet loss, although the behavior of FF does not fit here, but it's still worth checking.

Open the browser console (F12), on the "network" tab, you can see the completed requests. When you select a request, you can see its timings of all delays.
