In Yandex webmaster, in "Pages in search", I see that duplicates regularly began to appear in the search, or I don't know what to call it - addresses like /uslugi/blablabla/?pm_source=mail.yandex.ru&pm_block=none&pm_position=0. They are then added and the next day they are removed from the search themselves. This does not happen with the main page /uslugi/blablabla/, but I guess that because of the duplicates, it starts to compete with them in the search and its position decreases? What is happening and why? How to fix?

These are utm tags. Just add this line to robots.txt:
Disallow: *?*
This will get rid of duplicate pages
