In which services would you recommend keeping test plans and checklists for manual testing?
Google gives you many different services, but which ones can you recommend?
Preferably inexpensive or free, you can SaaS or on your own server.
Project: small CRM+website, 2-3 developers, 1 tester, we manage bugs in YouTrack.

Spira Team by inflectra. A huge appliquha, it can do anything, but you need to pay for the number of users logged in at the same time.
Cheap and cheerful.
