Friends, we are opening a website in China. Our site targets all of China (all provinces in China) as well as Hong Kong. Now it is in development. Hosting and domain will be Chinese (we will write about our experience later).
Question for you:
Does it matter in which province and city we purchase hosting? If it matters, then tell me how best to proceed in this case.
