In which engine will the game work more stable: Unreal Engine or Unity?

These are all theories, but let's assume. The graphics are the same, the scripts are about the same. In this scenario, in which engine, in theory, will the game lag less and work better?

In each of the engines there are things that, in principle, are not in the other, or which are done in a completely different way.
According to that under

scripts are the same

I will understand that Unity does not use DOTS, and UE does not use all sorts of scary plus hacks.
In this case, it will be about the same. In some moments, perhaps, it will be a little better on UE, but not a fact.

It lags less, it works better - it just depends on the programmer, not the engine. So the question must be asked in a different way.
