We plan to create an application for mobile devices like a "virtual storefront", i.e. attach tags to a person, the camera scans them and displays them on the screen of the device.
Essence of the question:

2. Which axis is better to navigate (ios / android)? (Which devices will more accurately display images - suddenly who knows)?

Anyone that can export to a model format supported by your application/engine. Well, and satisfying other unvoiced requirements. In fact - any modern editor.
