In what sequence to study web technologies?

If I want to become, so to speak, a full-featured web developer, then what and in what sequence to study?
I understand that "HTML->CSS->PHP->???". Now I'm moving on to the second step.
Is the sequence correct and what to do next?
There was already a similar question on Toaster . I think things could change in three years.
