It makes sense to start with C/C++ to understand some basis and strong typing. Then try Python/PHP and see what dynamic typing is. Recognize the advantages of these two approaches. And if the soul has not yet fallen into one of the languages, you can try enterprise Java or C #.
Start with C, the others listed (and many more) are C-like.
All of the above languages are easy to learn.
And the technologies that are attached to them differ.
C# - it is easier and faster to write an application for Windows on it. And knowing it, you can easily deal with asp.net. C# wins in this case. Multiplatform is another story.
