In what order do you learn programming languages?

Hello, please tell me which programming language is better to start learning.
Now I'm interested in: PHP, C#, C++, Java. Which of the following is the easiest to learn?

It makes sense to start with C/C++ to understand some basis and strong typing. Then try Python/PHP and see what dynamic typing is. Recognize the advantages of these two approaches. And if the soul has not yet fallen into one of the languages, you can try enterprise Java or C #.

C# - it is easier and faster to write an application for Windows on it. And knowing it, you can easily deal with asp.net. C# wins in this case. Multiplatform is another story.
