In what operating systems, except for Windows, EXE and BAT formats are supported?

Here the other day I was thinking of buying a Rasberry pi 3 single-board computer, but unfortunately it does not support Windows. Tell me, in which operating systems, except for Windows, Exe And Bat formats, and formats of other applications are supported?
I wanted to take Windows "with me", but alas... For example, I need a minicomputer to run several simple auto-posting programs, which I have not seen analogues for other operating systems. Well, for typing. And of course to watch movies or music on the Internet. Yes, and Rimworld is very hooked on one game.
If the on-files are launched, but through applications or emulators, then tell me at the same time how much it will load the processor itself and slow down the work of the "raspberry"?

bat is not an executable file format. It is a scripting language whose interpreter is command.com. Exe (more precisely MZ, LE, NE and PE executable files) - DOS / Windows and OS / 2 file format, does not work on other systems.

I have not tried 3 "raspberries" - but for your tasks, its performance of 100% is not enough.
The reason is simple RAM + SD Card.
The browser, when opening a "heavy site", actively uses Writing files to the cache and Devours memory. Performance rests on the SD Card and that's it. Comfortable browsing will not work.
For "simple" tasks - suitable.
To watch Movies from an external / network media - suitable.
Network video - there is Kodi. Works flawlessly.
Rimworld - it is available for Linux, but not for ARM architecture.
