In wamp under win 8.1 pro 64 bit Newly created projects do not open?
Opens localhost, starts phpMyAdmin.
But in the tray it is green, it says that "The server is turned off." Listened to port 80, occupied by Apache, they write that it should be so.
At the www root, I create a test.com folder and create index.php there. Doesn't open in browser
