In sublime 3, the choice of language button for programming disappeared?

I'm new to programming and faced the fact that I can't switch the language in which I want to write code. I ran into a problem today and demolished all plugins (because it seems to have happened because of one plugin for css). But, as you can see, it did not help, what should I do?
