In skype, the voice is interrupted by music. What could it be?

One parent of the child came with a problem. When calling on Skype, the voice is almost inaudible, but some crazy rap is playing. What can be wrong?
Just in case, I clarify that it was not she who turned on the music. :)

Oddly enough, creating a new account (with a new password) helped. But immediately a certain process appeared asking for access to Skype. There is no time to analyze all this. Although it's interesting :) Maybe some bot-no via Skype turns the radio? What for?

And the child is not a fan of that very rap? I could mix inputs / outputs - here's the Mouzon over the voice.

It's such a weird question that I don't even know what to say.
They say that earlier, when telephone conversations were tapped by the KGB, it was possible to hear the conversations of KGB officers among themselves ...

maybe just a sound card caught a certain radio station? I had a similar problem - when recording something on a microphone, regardless of the software and recording method, music was always heard in the background.

My brother has the same problem when talking. I checked both computers (brother and his interlocutor) - I did not find anything that could give such an effect.
True, they didn’t play rap, but some kind of euro-dance)
