For what reason can lags begin in a zoom or skype conference when wireless headphones are connected?

Good afternoon friends!

I recently discovered the following problem: when you connect wireless headphones, the zoom conference starts to lag. There are no problems with the rest, I can easily watch videos, listen to music. But when you enter the conference, everything immediately starts to hang. What could be the problem? There was no such problem before. When I unplug my headphones, the lag stops.

Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth operate on the same frequency, and often the signals overlap. Some drivers are set to Bluetooth priority, in which case the Internet slows down, but the sound in the headphones is not interrupted, some are set to Wi-Fi priority, in which case the sound periodically disappears.
Connect the Internet cable or Wi-Fi 5 GHz.

Is your network connection wired or WiFi?
And then often BT / WiFi conflict, there are packet losses and lags in calls. Youtube and music are saved by buffering
