When drawing on a Wacom Bamboo tablet with the brush tool, there is a glitch: when I draw horizontal lines, the brush reacts normally, when the vertical brush behaves like a hand and moves the stage up and down. It also happens with other instruments. I already rebooted, reset photoshop settings, reinstalled the tablet drivers and pressed the space bar. How to fix this glitch?

Perhaps gestures are enabled somewhere in the tablet settings and scrolling is assigned to vertical movement? In other applications, do vertical movements scroll the page or not?
