In Photoshop CC, the anchor points of a vector element can't be shifted by half a pixel?

Hi all.
Earlier, I drew a vector icon in illustrator, then inserted it as a shape in photoshop cs5, it could be "washed", but I shifted the anchor points, somewhere there were uneven values.
Now, in Photoshop CC, I insert an icon from illustrator, it is beaten, I don’t need it like that, but it doesn’t work out, because it shifts only by an even value. That is, I visually see that the point is half a pixel higher, but I can’t move it.
How to fight?

Move the dots in illustrator. Having previously set the appropriate dpi in it, including align new objects to pixel grid and snap to grid.
Option two: in Photoshop, with the direct selection tool (white mouse pointer), select a specific node, press ctrl + t and enter the coordinates of the node with your hands. It works in CS5, hopefully in CC too.
