How to integrate the ability to pay for purchases through visa and mastercard cards into an android application?

You sign an agreement with a payment aggregator, receive data for apple pay and google pay, as well as for cards

Either you accept through the payment gateway built into the market, or you connect to some kind of payment and in the application you accept payments through the web form, it’s impossible otherwise.
The second option will be cheaper for you, but slightly less user-friendly.
