Improvement in a pull request by another developer?

Hello. Such a question: there is a pull request created by another developer (not yet merged), now you need to finalize it for another developer, how to do it right? Just take a branch and commit / push to it, or is it done in some other way?

@DeLaVega

I would recommend to branch off this branch, make a revision, put the PR back into the primary development branch. And update the PR in dev later
