Importing an svg file into FontLab: is it possible and how?

I downloaded the svg file with the icon on the font site. And in Fontlab I have a self-made font with several glyphs. Now I want to add to them the glyph that lies in the svg file. But I don't know how to do it. Is it possible to directly import an svg glyph into FontLab 7, or is Illustrator indispensable?
