Do you need a program or plugin?
Plugins:
For data export, I recommend using the WP All Export plugin .
For data import (xls, csv), I recommend WP All Import + Woocommerce Addon.
As for the API, in principle, you can use the Wookomertz API to integrate products with the help of any PL. There are ready-made libraries too. Search on github for the PL you own
