My task is to find out the credit rating of a given individual, and on its basis decide whether it is worth granting a loan or not. Are there nationwide centralized databases that will help implement this? I have repeatedly come across microcredit services that rely on a credit rating when issuing loans, so I would like to find out how they do it.
