Import html into mediawiki. Html2Wiki.. encoding problems?

Hello!

I put the Html2Wiki plugin on mediawiki... I save
the web page as an html file with a directory for pictures and other things.
I put everything in a zip archive and export it to the wiki.

Everything is fine with the English text, only for the place of pictures links to .
But Russian characters are seen as question marks "????"
At the same time, the Russian wiki itself pulls normally. The problem occurs only when exporting.

Does anyone know what is the cure for this disease? Plantain, or what kind of tea?

Html2Wiki didn't work. Used pandoc to convert and api to download.
Well, almost your own html2wiki...
