Import data to Excel Mac from MS SQL. What about ICU?

Good afternoon!
When trying to get data from SQL (tab Data - External Data - Create Database Query - SQL Server ODBC), the SQL statement (query) is executed, but when you click the "Return Data" button, an error appears:
[Support] (50290) Error creating object ICU converter for Unicode.
How to win it?
PS: ICU is worth it, XCode is worth it too
