Implementation and configuration of Suite CRM. How to start?

Good day everyone! As I understood from the manual on the site

I need to install and configure the php server, web server and database.
At the moment I'm a little far from it all, but I'm learning fast. Any help would be greatly appreciated. At the moment I'm not quite sure where I should start.

Under Windows, you can install WAMP server, OpenServer using the simple method "Next->Next ..."
- Start the server, make sure that everything started without errors (there is usually a server icon in the tray and all information about it is displayed)
- Copy the contents of the downloaded archive to the contents of the www folder or its equivalent (to a separate directory or to the www root)
- Go to localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the browser
Further along the installation manual:
- If the contents of the folder were thrown into the root, then go along the path localhost/install.php
- If in a separate directory localhost/<directory name>/install.php
