Imitation of a very professional pencil drawing. How to achieve such a result?
The question is how such works are created?! The network has lessons on simulating a pencil drawing. But this is not all! It doesn't even remotely resemble anything like that! The author of these photos is ready to share his experience at a master class for a very round sum. But only a few can afford it ... Help me at least understand in which direction we need to move. After all, someone taught the author this! Or he spied it somewhere...
Respond, please!

You come to him, and he: "Put your laptops aside, we take out pencils, here are the photos for you."
Well, anyway, I don’t see a pencil drawing here, if you didn’t say it, I would consider it an ordinary processed photograph. In the top photo, I only see slightly increased contrast in the face and hair, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The biggest hitch here is that not every photo is suitable for such processing :D
What is especially pencil-like in your examples??
The same effect will give the "Pencil Sketch" in paint.net, just stick an oval frame to brighten the edges and that's it.
you can see the lessons on demiart.ru but as mentioned above, not every photo will fit
in general more like just high-quality processing than similar to the effect of a pencil drawing
Reduced contrast, raised black point, added highlight areas.
There is a combination of reduced contrast and good professional lighting. You can't do that with cell phone photos.
