Image search interface?

Essence: there is an online store with 12,000 products. Products have pictures, but they have watermarks from someone else's site. The goal is to replace [all] pictures with clean ones. We need a semi-automated approach - ideally - to search for similar images by picture and images by name, and display them to the manager for selection.
Options that I saw and didn't work:
• google api - you can search only by name, 100 requests per day, then paid, did not find the price
• tineye api - paid, 10,000 searches is $ 300, a lot
• Google and Yandex image search Of course, the iframe is not inserted, file_get_content does not work either.
What other options might there be?

If technically, the first thing that comes to mind is Google + a couple of more or less clean IPs (as an option, buy several VPS with the ability to buy additional IP addresses and raise proxies for them, for example, from Selectel) + antigate. It will cost a penny, especially if you need it once.
But Google has complex redirects, it will cost decent money :) With Yandex parsing - in short - trouble.
