Image rotation and coordinate system?

Hello. Tell me please. When the image is rotated, the coordinate system also rotates, but is it possible that the coordinate system remains in place? In this example, I've flipped the images 90 degrees, and now when moving the x-coordinate, it actually moves along the y-coordinate. Thank you.
