Image link VK API?

1) Using wall.post I post to a group with an image and a link to the site.
It turns out a publication of the form: Title, image and caption under the image (Link www.site.ru)
When you click on the picture, "Photo View" opens.
2) If you repost to a group from a page from the site.ru site, then the publication takes on a slightly different look: the image is a link to the page of the site.ru site and something like a label appears on it, indicating that when clicked, a transition to site.ru
Is it possible using vk api to make a post to a group of the form, as in paragraph 2)?

Instead of an image in attachments, put a link to the site. Then VK makes such a snippet with a picture
