Image compression module for Bitrix!?

Hello colleagues! I want to put an on-the-fly image compression module on the site. Tried several pieces (optipic, digimatix). But none of the modules are installed on my site. Writes a message: "For the module to work correctly, the curl module for php must be present." I do not understand how to install and where to get this module?

Write to the host asking to enable curl, which is unlikely to be done. Installed on my vps without any problems. Otherwise, look for hosting for Bitrix. On such hostings, it is usually enabled.

You have hosting Reg.Ru - the same office. Look for another provider, there are a lot of them now, and most of them work with cURL.
In your case, cURL is used to access the API of third-party services that perform image compression (probably tinypng.com, tinyjpg.com and similar)
