Illustrator not saving to svg correctly?

a strange situation - I make a different figure from a circle and adobe does not want to save it as another figure, but saves a
screen of two files to the circle below 1 chandelier file with a figure - the second is how it saves this figure


Ps: this is how it saves this particular figure - other manipulations with the circle norms
