How to pull VSO from layout?

Good day to all. Not so long ago I began to study layout. I rolled up a couple of sites, I'm looking for layouts for layout on the Internet. So, I found another layout, started to rotate, but I just can’t figure out how to get the crosses out of it from the background. I'll attach the layout. There are plus signs in the background, that's exactly what I need to implement. Tell me how, please, Google did not help much.

Double click on the images of the layer, this image should open in illustrator (if you have it installed)

And then do what you want with them, you can png or svg
