Illustrator and CMYK. Or how to set the exact colors in the chandelier?

Adobe Illustrator

Can't set CMYK color 100, 18, 8, 50 | Hex #00587c | Pantone 308с
Illustrator swears that the color is out of range and does not just change it to:
CMYK 100, 52, 36, 19 | Hex #405d72
So actually with all the colors that are out of range. Tell me how to fix it?

Вы в RGB документе работаете, если в CMYK переключитесь то все ок должно быть
