IIS can't configure to download files via http?

Hello everyone, I suffered a lot, I suffered so I decided to ask a question from knowledgeable people.
used with openserver everything worked fine here switched to IIS
There is a cs:go server in it that would be downloaded from the http server
Everything was done as it should, but through IIS it doesn’t want to download even a direct link writes there is no file 404 error
