iframe video not showing on google drive site?

How can I fix this problem? If not, then how to embed via the video tag if the files are larger than 100 mb? Google drive api will help solve this issue?

Google drive is not a server for you, but you can refer to it, but the file provided from the server and Google drive are different things. One solution: find a free host under the video, place it in public_html and it will receive a link, this link can be inserted into the iframe. As for the Google drive api, I doubt it, "read", does not mean that it will be like watching a video from the host.
There is a file download, if the video weighs several GB, then it will not be pleasant to download it, and then run it from the client as .mp4.
