Where are the files downloaded from Russia to google drive physically stored?

Good night everyone,
where are these files physically stored, can you find out? And does google make backups of my files (suddenly google servers in Germany or the USA burn down, and my files were there). And isn't google obliged to store personal data in the Russian Federation, in accordance with the latest law?

Where are these files physically stored?

It is impossible, because they may not be stored directly on the server that provides them to the client.

Western companies are required to store users' personal data in the Russian Federation and not your files.
