The raids which are built in mother - software. There was just now such a question about transferring data from one mother with such a raid to another (see below). Everything is transferred.

I used RAID on regular motherboards (such as ASUS P8-P67M-Pro and ASUS Z170P-D3) and transferred between them without problems. When the server mother appeared on her hands, she did not see RAID.
