If an unlicensed photo is converted to Low Poly, will they be able to attract me for copyright?

Is it possible to take any photo from the Internet, convert it to Low Poly (not a new file, but just a photo at once) and freely use it in commercial projects for a wide audience? Or is it still considered copyright infringement?

Creating derivative products is the same violation.
"Will they be able to attract" is the second question. But if they want, they can.
Also, I'm not sure you understand what "low poly" means. You probably mean "lower resolution", it's not the same.
