If a person is registered as an individual entrepreneur (USN, only income), can he get a job officially according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation as an individual?

Let's say a person is engaged in some type of activity in the provision of services (website development as an example).
A person is registered as an individual entrepreneur (USN, only income, there are no subordinate employees, he is his own boss).
A person, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, pays all taxes and social payments, pension and other payments.
A person works with various customers, all services and obligations are formalized by agreements, contracts, acceptance certificates.
That is, a person is a pure individual entrepreneur in the Russian Federation.
Can such a person, without closing the IP and leaving his activity in an active state (income will also go and services will also continue to be provided) get a job (unless of course they take him) in some large company / office / firm / enterprise (JSC, CJSC , PJSC, LLC, etc.) both in the Russian Federation and abroad as an ordinary person who is an individual legally according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation?
If so, how will a person pay all taxes and payments - an individual entrepreneur as before, but what about an individual, this company will already pay, where he is located, which pays him a salary?
Is it possible? Has anyone had a similar experience?

Yes, a person can be employed and be an individual entrepreneur. He will pay contributions to insurance funds both there and there, income taxes too.

In serious offices, they break through such movements and do not hire them.
Over the past 5 years, all three of my former employers had this question on their questionnaire.
Mind was enough in due time to arrange everything not for myself.

These are different types of income generation.
As an individual entrepreneur, you pay everything that you paid before.
As an employee, you do not pay taxes, the employer does it for you.
Let's say you have a salary of 100,000 per month. From this amount, the employer additionally pays contributions to the funds (up to 30%) and from the amount of your salary, the employer pays 13% of personal income tax for you. In total, the employer pays 130,000 (30,000 in funds, 13,000 tax and 87,000 you receive in your hands).
