IE 11 renders a white cross on a black background instead of images. What's the matter?

Good afternoon. There was a problem when developing a SPA in Angular. Instead of pictures, a white cross is rendered. I've searched all over stackoverflow and found nothing to solve this problem. In this case, the browser receives 200 for a request for this image. Maybe some of you have come across this. I am attaching the HTML code and a screen with a defect.
