Ideas for a web development tutorial?

Hello!
I'm going to retrain from a mobile developer to a web developer (Ruby on Rails). Because I have no commercial experience in web development, I would like to make a small tutorial on web development on Ruby on Rails. This, firstly, will help to systematize the knowledge gained so far, and can also somehow demonstrate qualifications for potential employers.
I would not really like to make tutorials about creating another blog, a twitter clone, etc., because. such tutorials have already been made by many. Therefore, please give me ideas for a not very complex (ideally, unique) web project that can be implemented and written a tutorial. Thanks in advance.
