How can a PHP programmer (Phalcon, Kohana, Zend, CodeIgniter) switch to RoR?

After 3 years of programming in PHP (namely, normal coding, not shit code), typical solutions to typical problems have already crashed into the brain (and in principle the brain is turned on this topic :) ) I want to try Ruby, in particular RoR. Is there a tutorial/screencast where best practices are compared and shown?
In English or Russian - it doesn't matter, but in your native language, learning the material is faster :)

And
the concept of Rails-casts, contains a bunch of videos from different sources. Video 10 minutes, interesting. Feature is often shown. Although I don’t really care about the video, the format is interesting there. True, I personally didn’t master a lot of videos - basically, I read the text

With your knowledge base, Ruby on Rails is completely easy to learn. Moreover, you will feel all the ugliness of PHP and all the elegance of ruby.
