Ideas/advice for a sysadmin at school?

Good evening. I have been working as a system administrator at school for the 3rd year. Need advice on optimizing the school network. From network equipment: 3 routers tp link, switch 2 pcs). Also in the park there are 21 PCs and 9 laptops (PCs in the network via twisted pair, laptops are all via Wi-Fi). From Windows OS from xp to 10.
Question: what can stir up something interesting? Can put any server? Well, or something else.
PS I have been working for more than 2 years and have not done anything interesting all this time: with one banality in the form of reinstalling the OS / office, etc. And I want to gain experience.
And do not write like "Go to the city and get a job in a large office."

1. Install a server and make it a file cleaner and an authorization domain and network home directories (for a computer class)
2. Install DHCP on it and distribute IP addresses to everyone
3. Install FreeRadius and protect WiFi, make two WiFi networks, one guest, the second - working.
4. If the switches are managed, you can capture traffic from them (via snmp) and draw graphs (Grafana/InfluxDB/Telegraf) 5.
Deploy virtual machines for the computer class on the server
and build everything on Linux!

I once worked at a school. Here's what I did:
1. necessarily a file server, you can use it on a regular PC (required with backup to another PC, server, screw ...).
2. Chat, as a variant of vypress chat.
3. For Netopschool computer science classroom, student management, etc.
4. On all computers of students, set up a "return to the original state", before that my hands did not reach.

Transfer everyone except bukhs to Linux, that's where you will fall in love and dance.

Make a screen displaying school news, announcements, etc. It will be in front of everyone, it will be useful and everyone will remember the importance of the admin :)

1. Raise a file server - well, this is what everyone needs and there are definitely some inclinations already
2. Raise a proxy server - it is mandatory at school so that coolhackers do not sit in VK and others instead of studying
3. You can raise blood pressure to give teachers personal profiles - sat down at any computer in the class, entered a password, work in an extended profile
4. Wifi authorization radius - well, this can be done as part of a proxy
5. You can play around with tftp to make it easier to rearrange windows

Make sure that you do not need to reinstall the OS, not the office.
In general, it is necessary to expand the fleet of cars. Come up with a useful project.

Good for you.
If you look at your description, it will be interesting to start by replacing ordinary routers with a server that will distribute the Internet. Then, you can divide the wifi, so that each one would be separate from the main channel. Of course a file server or a cloud, as well as an internal chat and bulletin board.
And what would be completely interesting, then, for example, wrap the wifi for students so that the very same board with the news opens first.
You can throw more ideas, but you need to know what you yourself would like)

Find a better job. Quit. I am not joking or mocking. At this place you will not learn anything and do not wake up anything interesting. I proceed from the goal described by you "And so I want to gain experience."

Muddle the network map. For example, Algorius NetViewer came to me.
