How to bypass IP blocking by country on a website?

There is a site that users from a certain country have access to. There are paid proxies of this country, but there are 1-2 of them, and I need 15 of them, I'm not talking about free access.
Is it possible to bypass this blocking by any fraud or without a chance at all?
