icq: reservation link error. Only ICQ does not work for me?

At first, the error was when trying to connect from a mobile Pidgin (Nokia N900), then I came to work, and I see the same thing in Windows RnQ. Through the web client on icq.com "unknown error" (moreover, I can enter my personal account using the uin number and password). There is silence on the RnQ forum and asechka.ru.
Reconnected at intervals of an hour. Removed encryption in settings. Does not help.
UPD: RnQ earned by itself. Thanks to all.

In the morning it "failed", somewhere in the "afternoon" it worked.
At work, only I failed, I will assume that work was being done on the server.
