Does Pidgin support popup notifications of new messages in the corner of the Windows screen?

Good afternoon, please tell me if Pidgin under Windows supports displaying a notification window for new messages. For example, when someone wrote me a message while the chat window was inactive, a window popped up above the tray with the one who wrote to me and the text of the message.
So far, I can only observe the blinking of the icon in the taskbar, and the change of the tray icon, but in order to read the message and understand who it came from, I have to expand the correspondence window
