Icons and license?

There is a good site - icons8, but there in the license either a request or an obligation to insert a link to their site is not clear.
I do not plan to place icons on the site, they will be needed for png works. Do I need to insert a link to the site there?
And yes, maybe there are sites with icons with a free license?

It depends on what works, but there are CC-BY-ND, that is, derivative works are prohibited and a link to them is needed.
A simple PNG conversion is NOT a derivative work, but you probably aren't just converting to PNG...

That's why I hate such shareware resources. It seems like a lot of junk, but it’s difficult to do something with it without breaking the law.
On the subject: don't icons8 have paid tariffs that exempt from the obligation to indicate the source?
