I7 2600 - Windows 10 or Windows 7?

There is I7 2600, MP GA-H61M-S1 (rev. 3.0), 16Gb DDR3, SSD will most likely be 128Gb + 2Tb HDD 5400 rpm. On this I collect a computer for my parents. The tasks will be mostly internet and some photo editor, office, etc.
There are drivers for the chipset, sound and network card under Win 10 64 bit on the motherboard website. But since the processor came out earlier than Windows 10, the question arises: does it make sense to put Windows 10 LTSC on this config or is it better to leave Windows 7 familiar to parents? Will the advantages of Windows 10 outweigh its possible disadvantages on older hardware?

i5 2500k | 16GB | HDD | Win 10 LTSC 1809 Works without problems. Put ten. Parents quickly got used to it. showed how to turn off and where to be chrome. At least chrome will be updated.
