I work as a system administrator, where to develop further?
Basically enikey... I'm sitting, not busy with anything, where to develop further? ZP is small. Tell me what to do, maybe programming, what?

I want to note that enikey != system administrator. Reinstalling Windows, setting up printers and wireless mice for the aunts from the accounting department is an enikey thing.
Specify what is included in the range of your duties, what you usually do at work and what you know how to do - then the answer will be meaningful.
Once I also asked a similar question, so let me clarify the question of the author.
So that heaps of comments about “only myself”, “how do we know what you are interested in”, etc., do not fall down, the question (s) should (s) sound something like this:
What are the general specializations in system administration and " what do you need to know there?
What are the prospects for each of them in terms of salary, professional and career growth?
What directions are the most "creative" (here only IMHO)?
It would be interesting to read a structured detailed answer (article?), where different specializations are compared with each other, but so far I have not seen this on the net
